Errol Musk, father of tech billionaire Elon Musk, believes it would be a "very, very bad thing" if white people become the minority in the U.S.
During CNN's "MisinfoNation: White Genocide," a special on white nationalist conspiracy theories, Errol Musk, a South African native, expressed alarm over demographic trends showing that White Americans will become a minority within the next two decades.
Musk said the country must maintain "European traditions" or it would slip back into the "jungle."
“That will be a very, very bad thing to happen,” Musk said of white minority. “You want to go back to the jungle?”
Musk also defended the oppression of millions of Black people by white South Africans under apartheid. He claimed that white South Africans kept Black people "fed."
“They grew from a tiny little group to a massive group, that’s not oppression,” Musk said. “We fed them for crying out loud.”
Musk's comments come as census projections show the U.S. becoming “minority white” by 2045.
“The nation will be majority-minority by 2044… these patterns are already well underway,” Rogelio Saenz, a sociologist and demographer at the University of Texas, told Newsweek.
