Drake recently revealed that he bought back the Bentley that Quavo had gifted to Saweetie during their relationship ... just to give it back to the Migos rapper.
The luxury car, a blue Bentley GTC V8 convertible, became available on the used car market for $279,888 after Quavo and Saweetie split in 2021. Drake, who had just begun collaborating with Stake, decided to purchase the car for Quavo, considering it a small expense given his new cash flow.
During a livestream with streamer BenDaDonnn, Drake shared that he invited Quavo to a party and parked the Bentley prominently in front, hoping to surprise him. However, Quavo did not fully grasp the humor of the gesture, thinking Saweetie might be present at the event. Despite the misunderstanding, Drake and Quavo remain close friends, and there is potential for future collaborations between them on Drake's upcoming album, "Iceman."
Drake said, "There was an ice blue Bentley. It was Saweetie's car, and they said that Quavo had got it for her. I saw it for sale somewhere. ... [I was like] 'I'mma buy that back for my dawg.'"
Neither Quavo nor Saweetie have publicly commented on Drake's purchase of the Bentley. The current status of the car remains unclear. Meanwhile, Drake continues to work on his Iceman album, with fans eagerly awaiting its release.
