It has been a longstanding joke that McDonald's Ice Cream Machines are "always broken," because many times that you go and ask for a shake or a cone - usually some patrons hear, "our machine's down for cleaning."

According to The Hill, the founders of Kytch, whom specializes in mechanics, remote controls and maintenance - are coming after the staple fast food brand for allegedly sending messages to other companies with "bad reviews," claiming that their repairs were not effective.

The case against McDonald's Ice Cream machines was so big, that back in September, the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) actually investigated into the issue - why ARE the machines always broken?

I will say a few weeks ago, my heart yearned for a McFlurry - and I had no problems ordering one. Is your local McDonald's Ice Cream Machine still broken, or is that a thing of the past?
