Remember when the venue in Detroit threatened to cut Trey short if he went over time? (sidenote, concerts that go over are crazy expensive because so many people need to get paid)
They did, and this happened
I swear I watched this like 3 times...Trey funny as hell. Anyway according to The Jasmine Brand, after the show, Trey got a little physical and a camera man and police officer caught one. Now Trey is facing a felony count on allegedly punching an officer which could land him in jail for 4 years. Trey was offered a plea deal which would take that felony to a misdemeanor, and give Trey 2 years probation, drug and alcohol screening and anger management classes. Trey said nah, which leads me to assume his lawyer can beat the case, but the offer is still available. We'll see.
