We aren't surprised as Famous Dex has had numerous videos go viral where he appears to be assaulting his girlfriend. TMZ is reporting that Famous Dex is looking at 19 charges surrounding Domestic Violence and gun possession charges. Two of the incidents took place in November TMZ reports:
Two of the allegedly violent altercations involved the rapper's ex-girlfriends. Back in November, cops say they responded to a domestic disturbancecall at his home and found a woman with cuts on her. As we reported at the time, this led to a SWAT standoff -- police suspected Dex barricaded himself inside with guns ... after allegedly harming his ex. For that incident, he's been charged with domestic violence, weapon possession, dissuading a victim from reporting a crime and defacing property.
Making things worse, Dex is also being charged for allegedly getting violent with another woman back in October, which resulted in charges for corporal injury domestic violence, threatening a domestic partner, exhibiting a firearm, inflicting bodily injury, dissuading a victim from reporting a crime, defacing property and illegal possession of a firearm.
Dex was arrested last week after officers discovered a handgun under the passenger seat of his car. With his previous arrest and pending domestic violence cases, Dex is not legally allowed to have a gun.
Now, with all those charges pending their day in court, Dex is possibly looking at 18 years in prison.
