A substitute teacher can be seen pushing a student out of the classroom after throwing him to the ground in a video that the West Contra Costa Unified School District is investigating.
According to the district, the video was shot on Monday at Richmond High School.
The school said that the substitute teacher no longer works for the district and that the student was safe.
Users on social media claim the teacher snapped after the student allegedly repeatedly used the N-word. No word if Richmond Police have been contacted to investigate a possible crime.
